Do you guarantee your T-shirts?
We carry two different types of shirts - custom, printed. For printed shirts, we do all we can to accept returns for unworn and unwashed items. For custom shirts, we do not accept returns and cancellations once we begin production (which typically occurs immediately after placing your order) because the shirts are uniquely designed and made.

What is your minimum order quantity?
eBollo.com does not have a minimum order amount for custom and printed shirts. For custom and printed shirts, you can order from 1 to 1000+ and we will utilize our professional screen printing production process.

Are all the T-shirts in stock?
We are the first T-shirt shop with live inventory information and we are mighty proud about it. Our web site is updated every second of the day to let you know about every t-shirt we have in stock. The verbiage ‘in stock’ is our way of telling you that we have a particular T-shirt in the warehouse if you want it. Unfortunately, even though we update our site every second of the day with inventory information, it is possible that you can order more than we have in stock. Once you have placed too many of a particular item in your shopping cart, you will be warned that not all items are in stock.
